DISCLAIMER
I understand that failure
to comply with the Safety Requirements and Equipment
prescribed in the Sailing Instructions may
result in disqualification for the racing season, and by
submitting this form, I agree that whenever my boat shall
participate in any race sponsored by the Boston Yacht Club
Winter Sailing Program whether sailed by me or, subject to
any exceptions beyond my reasonable control, by anyone else,
the boat shall have aboard in good condition the safety
equipment specified in the Sailing Instructions.
In consideration of the
acceptance of my entry, I (we) the undersigned, agree to
hold harmless the Boston Yacht Club, its members, agents,
employees or servants, from any and all loss, damage or
injury to person or property as a result of my participation
in racing and/or any Winter Sailing Program activity
sponsored or undertaken by the Boston Yacht Club, its
agents, members, employees and servants.
